Ho hum indeed
Loyalty kept me up until midnight watching Charlton demonstrate why they must be favourites for relegation next season.
The worst thing is -
it wasn't that good a Manchester United team. You've got to feel sorry for manager Alan Curbishley who
told Sky Sports he was considering his future.
"I'm a bit down at the moment and I feel the players have let me down. I expect a bit more from them. One or two have been telling me to turn things around. Let's hope we can do it. It's up to me to turn it around and I have to have a good think about it."
Perhaps a few minutes of reflection caused a rethink because he later spoke of wanting several changes to his squad this summer. "We need to do some business," he said.
So it does look as if he'll stay. Jolly good. I hope he sees
the Ladies win their FA Cup tonight; it'll be nice to have some silverware and reflected glory.
A correspondent has written that
it's just as well Charlton are not on the box all the time, eh?
And, regarding Theo the Thug,
JIS - where Theo sends his kid (probably illegally) - is far more than 2,000/dollars a month. It is indeed.
